Ingredients - Serves 10
50 g Astra Fat Spread
1.5 kg Chicken breast, cut into one inch cubes
300 g Button mushrooms, sliced
20 g Garlic cloves, finely chopped
300 g Onions, sliced
30 g KNORR Demi-Glace Brown Sauce
400 ml Water
20 ml Worcestershire sauce
300 ml Sour cream
Salt and crushed pepper to taste

METHOD

Heat Astra Fat spread in a thick bottom pan and sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from the pan , leave it on a side. Cook chicken in same pan until brown and add the mushroom mixture together. Mix KNORR Demi-Glace Brown Sauce Mix with water and pour on to the chicken. Bring to boil and simmer for few minutes while stirring by adding Worcestershire sauce and Sour cream. Adjust seasoning and serve over boiled pasta or noodles.
