METHOD
  • 1. Pre-brew tea - 1 tea bag in 200ml of boiling water for 4-5 mins. Cool and set aside
  • 2. In a mixing jar, add in 100ml of pre-brewed tea, Elderflower syrup and Carte D'Or honey topping. Add crushed ice and stir well
  • 3. Strain into serving glass and top up with soda
  • 4. Garnish with edible flowers
