Bacon, Vegetables and Pasta Bake

Ingredients - Serves 10
200 g Carrots, diced
100 g Leeks, diced
100 g Cauliflower florets
100 g Large Onions, cubed
100 g Red and Green Bell Peppers, diced
300 g Button Mushrooms, quartered
20 g Garlic, choppedr
50 ml Olive Oil
200 g Bacon, coarsely chopped
500 g Penne Pasta, boiled
500 g KNORR Pronto Tomato Sauce 6 x 2 kg (Maldives & Sri Lanka)
10 g Basil leaves, coarsely chopped
20 g KNORR Aromat Seasoning Powder 6 x 1kg (Maldives & Sri Lanka)
300 g Mozzarella cheese - Grated
200 ml Water
Crushed pepper to taste

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C; heat oil in a frying pan; sauté garlic, onion and bacon to golden; add all vegetables and sauté for a few more minutes. Place pasta in appropriate ovenproof dish; top with vegetable mixture; Knorr Tomato Pronto Sauce, basil; cold water; Stir to combine; Season with Knorr Aromat seasoning powder, crushed pepper and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes; remove foil; Sprinkle with cheese; bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden and pasta is tender
