Ingredients - Serves 10
500 g Sweet Potatoes, boiled and mashed
200 g Carrot, finely chopped
100 g Leeks, white part, cubed
5 g Curry Leaves, chopped
300 g Large Onions - finely chopped
20 g Garlic cloves - crushed
10 g Red Chili Powder
10 g Cumin powder
20 ml Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder (Sri Lanka & Maldives)
10 g Crushed Black Pepper
50 g Astra Fat Spread
200 g Breadcrumbs
200 ml Whole Eggs, beaten
Oil for frying
Hamburger buns, halved
100 ml Tomato Sauce
Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise (VNM-10) 4 x 3 L (Sri Lanka & Maldives)
200 g Mix leaves, shredded

METHOD

Heat Astra Fat spread in a thick bottom pan and sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from the pan , leave it on a side. Cook chicken in same pan until brown and add the mushroom mixture together. Mix KNORR Demi-Glace Brown Sauce Mix with water and pour on to the chicken. Bring to boil and simmer for few minutes while stirring by adding Worcestershire sauce and Sour cream. Adjust seasoning and serve over boiled pasta or noodles.
