As a Chef, here is your opportunity to showcase to the community – your creativity and insights; and create brilliant, world-class dishes!
The Challenge
Below are 21 World-class brands and products readily available in the Maldives.
These cover Dairy, Rice, Spices, Pastry, Chocolate, Coffee, Puree, Coconut Milk Powder, Seasoning, Sauces, Processed Meat, Pasta, Soup, Pastes, Flour, Bread-Mixes, Spreads, and Gastronomy.
In short, all the key ingredients you need to create your Magic!
Go ahead and craft your magical offering; get the appreciation from your peers (and others) on Social Media, and win the title BBM Chef’s Challenge 2021!
Here is what you do

Create a dish using as many items as you wish from the below world-class brands (use at least one item)
2-
Take a picture of the dish you crafted. Make sure that the logo of some of the brands you used from the list is visible in the picture (You can see a few suggestions on how such a picture would look)
3-
a) Write up the recipe of your magical dish
b) Upload the recipe and the photo of the dish to any of your Social Media accounts (viz Facebook and Instagram) as a Post
c) Make sure about the following in your post:
- Make your post ‘Public’ (how else will people admire your creation and ‘Like’!?)
- Make sure it contains hashtag #BBMChef2021
Monthly Prizes
For every month between January 2021 thru March 2021, those who receive the 3 highest number of ‘Likes’ will each receive one “Café Vergnano” coffee machine and one capsule box containing 30 capsules.
Grand Prizes
Keep checking the “Leader Board” on BBM Facebook page to see where you stand in terms of the number of ‘Likes’. Based on overall ‘Likes’, there will be 3 Grand Prize winners at the end of March 2021 – who will each be awarded the title BBM Chef’s Challenge 2021 and also win prize money:
