Chicken and Vegetable Cacciatore Asian Style

METHOD
  • 1. Heat the oil in a large heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken thighs, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally until brown and crisped
  • 2. Add the Knorr Tomato Pronto, cumin, chilies and sliced vegetables; reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally by adding Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder for few minutes or until the sauce thickens
  • 3. Add the coriander, curry leaves and simmer stirring occasionally for another few minutes until the vegetables are tender; adjust pepper to taste
  • 4. Serve with the garlic & herb bread.

200 g Chicken thighs, cut into 2 inch pieces, slightly seasoned
10g Large onions, thinly sliced
4 g Garlic cloves, finely chopped
100 g Knorr Tomato Pronto
1 g Cumin powder
2 g Green chilies , sliced
4 g Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
20 g Zucchini, sliced
20 g Button mushrooms, sliced
20 g Carrot, sliced
1 g Curry leaves, coarsely chopped
1 g Coriander, fresh, chopped
0.5 g Black pepper, cracked
