Lemon Turmeric Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
3 bananas frozen, cut into pieces
1 cup yogurt, vanilla or honey flavoured
½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
2 tbsp honey
Knorr Lime powder
½ tsp Lemon zest
½ tsp turmeric
2 Tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
  • 1. Place all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a large blender
  • 2. Add 1 table spoon Knorr Lime Powder
  • 3. Blend mixture until it is completely smooth
  • 4. Add chia seeds and blend for 5 seconds or until just incorporated
  • 5. Garnish with lemon slices
  • 6. You can either serve immediately or wait 5 minutes for the chia seeds to soak up some of the liquid
