Spiced Halloumi Cheese Pasta
  • 1. Cut the halloumi into 1inch cubes; heat the oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat; add the onion and garlic, and cook stirring for few minutes or until softened; add the halloumi cheese and curry leaves, and cook until halloumi is golden.
  • 2. Add the spice powders ,Knorr Tomato Pronto and then bring to the boil, Season with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder to taste and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 3. Stir in the pasta and cook until heated through; remove from the heat and stir through the coriander.

50 ml Olive oil
20 g Red chilli powder
10 g Tumeric, powder
10 g Garam masala powder
10 g Cumin powder
10 g Coriander powder
100 g Large onions, thinly sliced
20 g Garlic cloves - Crushed
2 g Curry leaves
10 g Dried chilli flakes
1 kg Cooked spiral pasta
10 g Fresh Coriander Leaves - Chopped
20 g Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder
500 g Knorr Tomato Pronto
